Terms of Sale

1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of subscription plans offered by Chimkins IT ("we", "us", or "our") through chimkins.com. By subscribing to any plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Plans and Pricing

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter — 1 integration (1 WooCommerce store connected to 1 Odoo instance).
  • Pro — up to 3 integrations, plus brand synchronization and priority support.
  • Enterprise — unlimited integrations, private deployment, custom extensions, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is agreed individually.

All prices are listed on our pricing page and are displayed in EUR, USD, or DKK depending on your location. Prices may change; any change applies only to new billing periods and we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance.

3. Free Trial

New users may start with a free 7-day trial. The trial gives access to Starter-level features without requiring a credit card. When the trial expires, access to sync features is paused until you subscribe to a paid plan.

We reserve the right to limit trial availability, for example to one trial per person or organisation.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months and include a discount equivalent to 2 months free.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges on each renewal date until you cancel.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email support@chimkins.com with your account email and the reason for the refund.

The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment only. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for this guarantee, but you may still cancel at any time (see Section 6).

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@chimkins.com. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance in advance.

Our service depends on third-party APIs (WooCommerce REST API, Odoo RPC). We are not responsible for outages or limitations caused by those third-party systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimkins IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
